Oathbound Film is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and regularly serves Santa Fe, Los Ranchos, Corrales, Taos, and destinations throughout Northern and Central New Mexico.

I’m also available for select travel outside of New Mexico, including the Southwest and Western U.S., such as Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Texas and California, depending on the project and schedule.

Whether you’re booking an engagement session, couples session, maternity session, elopement, or wedding, your relationship and story will always be approached with care and authenticity.

If there are names, pronouns, dynamics, or traditions you’d like honored during your session, you’re always encouraged to share them. The goal is to create a space where you can simply show up as yourselves and have your moments documented honestly on film.

It depends on the celebration!

For elopements, courthouse weddings, and smaller celebrations (such as DIY and home weddings) I can serve as the primary photographer when the pace and lighting align with a film-based approach. If you’re looking for full-day coverage, flash-heavy reception photography, or highly staged images, I’m likely not the best fit — and I believe that clarity serves everyone better.

Oathbound Film photographers shoots film only. All images are captured on analog 35mm film, with select instant film used for physical prints. I do not offer digital-only coverage.

Working exclusively with film allows the work to stay intentional, tactile, and rooted in presence rather than volume or speed.

Oathbound Film Photography works best with available light but will use flash when necessary. Film performs best in natural and ambient light, and honoring that limitation is part of the work.

I offer light guidance when it helps, but I don’t rely on formal posing or shot lists. Most sessions and events are documented as they unfold, with small prompts or adjustments to keep things relaxed and natural.

You don’t need to know how to pose — the focus is on comfort, movement, and connection rather than performance.

Because film is a physical medium, image counts vary based on coverage length, lighting conditions, and the pace of the day.

Each gallery is intentionally curated to reflect the strongest moments and the overall feeling of the experience rather than every frame captured.

Film is developed and scanned by a professional lab, so turnaround times vary by season and volume. Most galleries are delivered within 4–8 weeks.

Instant film prints are typically mailed after the event or session. In some cases, a few instant prints may be provided the day of. Any remaining instant images are scanned and included with your gallery before the physical prints are sent.

Yes. Additional hours and additional film coverage may be available depending on the date, schedule, and lighting conditions. Film quantities are intentionally limited by default, but can often be expanded by request.

If you think you may want extended coverage or additional film, it’s best to mention it early so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. I offer intimate sessions and engagement photography sessions that typically last 1–2 hours. These sessions are relaxed, lightly guided, and centered on connection rather than posing, making them well suited for couples who want something natural and unforced.

Engagement photography sessions can take place in your home, outdoors, or at a location that feels meaningful to you.

Yes. I photograph elopements and small weddings, particularly those centered around intention, connection, and daylight timelines. Film coverage works especially well for elopements with a slower pace and natural light.

For larger or later-day celebrations, I’m best suited as a secondary photographer alongside a primary digital team.

Yes. In addition to weddings and events, Oathbound Film offers maternity sessions, couples sessions, engagement photos, and intimate family photography. These sessions are photographed on 35mm film with the same approach - natural, nostalgic, and focused on real moments rather than posed perfection. Yes. I photograph parties, celebrations, and non-wedding events such as birthdays, creative gatherings, and small group celebrations. Coverage focuses on atmosphere, details, and in-between moments rather than comprehensive guest documentation or posed portraits.

This offering is well suited for events where presence and feeling matter more than performance.

I offer flat-rate coverage for each type of session or event, with starting prices listed on the site. Final pricing varies based on coverage length, location, and project details.
