You are still planning your wedding. I help you organize what you have chosen, work through decisions, and catch what has not been answered yet.

That may include:

• Building your timeline

• Reviewing logistics

• Answering vendor questions

• Helping you determine whether an idea will work in practice

• Noticing what you can no longer see after staring at the plan for six months

A Day-of Advocate knows your plans well enough to act on your behalf while you are busy getting married.

Guests need directions. Vendors need access. The wedding party needs to be found and lined up. I call it herding cats.

I also handle the small disruptions: the vendor with an unexpected setup need, the missing marriage license, the boutonnières YouTube could not explain, or the relative with a new seating plan.

Without an Advocate, that work lands on you or the most capable person nearby. Your loved ones should get to be present with you—not spend the day managing your wedding.

Being highly organized may be one of the best reasons to have a coordinator.

You may love the research, spreadsheets, and tiny details. But the more time you spend creating the plan, the more important it becomes to have someone who can manage it once the wedding begins. A spreadsheet cannot answer a vendor’s question, locate a missing family member, or respond when the weather changes fifteen minutes before the ceremony.

Without a coordinator, that responsibility often falls to the most organized family member or friend. Then someone you love is checking on vendors instead of joining cocktail hour, moving décor instead of appearing in photos, or watching the clock instead of making memories with you.

I learn your system, including what is immovable and where I have room to make a judgment call. I am not there to improvise my version of your wedding. I am there to carry out yours—so you and your people can be fully present for it.

Because I know what you want, I can answer questions, assign a useful task, or gently remind someone that the couple has already decided. Sometimes people need to feel heard. Sometimes they need to be pointed toward the bar.

Yes! I offer creative coordination and day-of advocacy (on site event support day of) for elopements, weddings, and celebrations. The kind of support you need is shaped by more than the guest count - it also depends on your venue, timeline, vendors, setup needs, and how much you are handling yourselves.

A ten-person elopement spread across multiple locations may require more coordination than a larger wedding at an all-inclusive venue. We will look at the full shape of your celebration and determine what level of support makes sense.

Oathbound offers creative coordination and day-of advocacy for elopements and weddings with up to 100 guests.

Elopement services are available for celebrations with up to 20 people, including the couple. The exception is our Desert Compass elopement packages, which are designed for up to 10 people total, including the couple.

Wedding services are available for celebrations with up to 100 guests.

Depending on the guest count, venue, timeline, and setup needs, larger celebrations may require an additional support person. This is determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure there are enough capable hands to care for the day well.

Absolutely. DIY weddings are often where creative coordination is most useful.

I can help you determine what needs to be made, purchased, transported, assembled, or assigned—and whether the plan is realistic within the time and help available. We will also identify who is responsible for setup, transitions, cleanup, and getting everything home afterward.

DIY should mean personal and intentional, not that you spend your wedding day moving tables.
